She draws on experience and skills gained through self-employment, team leading, training, journalism and extensive community work to gently communicate her vision of self-acceptance and self-empowerment to clients of all ages.

Approach to Coaching
Changes and challenges in her own life have prompted Marian’s ongoing journey of self-discovery and self-development and given her the determination to live a positive and fulfilling life. With this goes the desire to express her creativity and utilise her skills and abilities in innovative ways.
Marian understands that results happen through a balance of having a clear vision of your preferred future and working towards it with commitment and dedication. She blends a common sense approach with wisdom and intuition. Her passion is to see others step into their own power and truly enjoy being who they are.

One of Marian’s passions is seeing other coaches develop into being the best they can be – professional, resourceful, and coaching from an authentic place, not just a particular methodology they identify with.
She aims to support, encourage and develop other coaches in their own quest to be the coach they want to be.
Approach to Writing/Proofreading and Editing
Marian has learnt the joy of creativity and innovative self expression through the skilful use of words and photographs. She loves sharing her abilities in writing, proofreading, formatting and editing to allow others to clearly express themselves in their own authentic voice.
She believes this can assist people to produce documents that successfully fill their purpose and also clearly and effectively communicate their message. This opens up possibilities for others and also increases their confidence in their own writing.
